Occasions
We take about thirty a year, and we turn down more than that.
Weddings, dinners and the occasional company that understands what it is booking. The estate is not an events venue with a house attached; it is a house that will, carefully, hold an event.

Before you ask
Three things we will not do.
- Fireworks — never. There are 340 veteran oaks and a barn owl population here.
- Marquees on the south lawn — the ground is a scheduled archaeological site. The Tithe Barn exists precisely so you do not need one.
- Amplified music outdoors after 22:00 — the estate is a working farm with neighbours who calve at four in the morning.
- Two weddings in a weekend — one at a time, so the gardens get a day to recover.
